All of our devices are fully functional and come with a one-year warranty. We grade all of our refurbished devices in the three following conditions:

Premium - Basically New but Better
Like-new condition with the potential of having micro scratches, but these are mostly invisible during normal usage. These devices are guaranteed to have a 90% or higher battery health.

Excellent - Best of both worlds, Quality and Cost
Excellent condition with minimal signs of handling wear from prior use.  The screen may have micro scratches, but these are mostly invisible during normal usage. These devices are guaranteed to have a 80% or higher battery health.

Good - Best bang for your buck
Good condition with signs of normal wear like scratches and dents on the screen and casing.  The screen may have minor white spots or dead pixels, but these do not take away from the screen’s overall functionality.  These devices are guaranteed to have a 80% or higher battery health.

• Your item comes with a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Physically damaged items are not covered under warranty and any item that has been physically damaged will be rendered ineligible for return. 
• In order for an item to be eligible for a return or warranty repair, the item must be delivered back to us in the same condition that it was received in. 
• Should you need to return your item, please reach out to our customer service team at sales@tekreplay.com 
• Within the first 30 days, customers will be eligible for a free return shipping label for products presenting manufacturers defects. 
• Items returned for buyers remorse are ineligible for a free return shipping label. Please note, buyer’s remorse includes returns for products that do not have the ability to update to the newest OS. 
• After 30 days, return postage will need to be paid for by the customer.  
• If any device is repaired or opened outside of our facility, it is automatically rendered ineligible for return for any reason. 
• Any device that is still tied to a customer's Apple ID account or Samsung/Google account is not eligible for a refund or warranty service. 
• If you have purchased a device from us on another marketplace, please note that the above warranty conditions may not apply as we are required to enforce the marketplace rules.  We recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly to confirm the warranty information for your purchase.
