Thank you for choosing TekReplay, in order to ensure that you have the best experience possible we want to make sure that all of our warranty information is clear and helpful. We really want you to love us and recommend us to your friends and family (we have a bit of an attention problem). - Your item comes with a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Physically damaged items are not covered under warranty and any item that has been physically damaged will be rendered ineligible for return.
- In order for an item to be eligible for a return or warranty repair, the item must be delivered back to us in the same condition that it was received in.

- Within the first 30 days, customers will be eligible for a free return shipping label for products presenting manufacturers defects.
- Items returned for buyers remorse are ineligible for a free return shipping label. Please note, buyer’s remorse includes returns for products that do not have the ability to update to the newest OS.
- After 30 days, return postage will need to be paid for by the customer.
- If any device is repaired or opened outside of our facility, it is automatically rendered ineligible for return for any reason.
- Any device that is still tied to a customer's Apple ID account or Samsung/Google account is not eligible for a refund or warranty service.
- If you have purchased a device from us on another marketplace, please note that the above warranty conditions may not apply as we are required to enforce the marketplace rules. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly to confirm the warranty information for your purchase.
