30-Day Return Policy

  • Within 30 days of your purchase, you’re eligible for a free return shipping label if your product has a manufacturer defect.

  • Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

  • Items returned for buyer’s remorse do not qualify for a free return label.

  • Buyer’s remorse includes returns for devices that cannot update to the newest OS.

  • After 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return & Warranty Restrictions

  • Any device that has been opened or repaired outside of our facility is not eligible for return.

  • Devices still tied to a customer’s Apple ID, Samsung, or Google account cannot be refunded or serviced under warranty.

Marketplace Purchases

  • If you purchased through another marketplace, different warranty rules may apply.

  • Please reach out to us directly to confirm your specific warranty details.
