Retail Store: Return and Warranty Information
TekReplay customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to return the item for a return/exchange. After fourteen (14) days the device is no longer eligible for a return/exchange. This policy includes devices and third-party products sold in store.
TekReplay customers have a one (1) year warranty on purchased devices that protects against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any physical damages or any devices modified from original state outside of TekReplay. After thirty (30) days, customers may be responsible for restocking fees on warranty claimed devices.
Any third party products sold in store may include manufacturer’s warranties that are not observed or maintained by TekReplay. For these claims - please contact the manufacturer directly.
All products must be returned in the same condition they were received in with original packaging. Any device that is damaged physically (external or internally) will not be eligible for return.
If any device is repaired or opened outside of our facility, it is automatically rendered ineligible for return or warranty for any reason.
We use inventory management software to record IMEI and serial number(s) of all purchases. The returned product will be verified at the time of receipt to confirm the IMEI or serial number(s). Any product that does not match original purchase records will not be eligible for return.
Repair warranties vary by services performed and parts used. Screen and digitizer repairs have a one (1) year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Soldered component repairs have a thirty (30) day warranty. Batteries have a thirty (30) day limited warranty [does not include normal wear and tear or degradation of battery health over time]. Repair warranties do not cover physical damage or liquid damage (including but not limited to broken glass, damaged display panels, pressure point damage to OLED/LCD panels, and/or issues caused by other non repaired components).
