TekReplay customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to return the
item for a return/exchange.

After fourteen (14) days the device is no longer eligible for a return/exchange. This policy includes devices and third-party products sold in store.

TekReplay customers have a one (1) year warranty on purchased devices that protects
against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any physical damages or any devices modified from original state outside of TekReplay.

After thirty (30) days, customers may be responsible for restocking fees on warranty claimed devices.
