New (A Grade) - This device is brand new. We’d rate this device a 10 out of 10. This device will come in generic packaging.
Excellent (A Grade) - This device will be in excellent cosmetic condition showing only extremely light signs of wear from handling. We’d rate this device a 8 or a 9 with 10 being brand new.
Very Good (B Grade) - This device is in very good cosmetic condition showing minor signs of prior use which may include light scratching or dings. We’d consider this one a 7 out of 10.
