Cosmetic Conditions Explained: 

Excellent (A Grade) - This laptop will be in excellent cosmetic condition showing only extremely light signs of wear from handling. We’d rate this laptop a 8 or a 9 with 10 being a brand new computer. 

Very Good (B Grade) - It is in very good cosmetic condition showing minor signs of prior use which may include light scratching or dings. We’d consider this one a 7 out of 10.

Good (C Grade) - This will definitely show signs of use with screen scratching along with scuffs, dings, and dents on the casing. Screen may also show moderate keyboard marks but this will not affect the functionality of the product. We’re giving this laptop a 5 or 6 out of 10, not the best on the outside but perfectly functional on the inside. That description hits a little too close to home to be honest. 

The Original packaging is not included, however, there will be a power adapter in your box.
