Cosmetic Conditions Explained: 

Excellent (A Grade) - This device will be in excellent cosmetic condition showing only extremely light signs of wear from handling. We’d rate it a 8 or a 9 with 10 being a brand new.

Very Good (B Grade) - It is in very good cosmetic condition showing minor signs of prior use which may include light scratching or dings. We’d consider this one a 7 out of 10.

Good (C Grade) - This will definitely show signs of use with screen scratching along with scuffs, dings, and dents on the casing. We’re giving this a 5 or 6 out of 10, not the best on the outside but perfectly functional on the inside. That description hits a little too close to home to be honest.
