Excellent: It was a customer return, demo, or display unit and is in EXCELLENT Grade A 9+/10 cosmetic condition showing only extremely light signs of wear from handling
Very Good: It is in VERY GOOD cosmetic condition showing only minor signs of use on screen and/or casing.
Good: It is in GOOD cosmetic condition showing normal signs of use on the screen along with scratching and/or dings on the sides and back casing.
Fair: It is in FAIR cosmetic condition showing signs of use on the screen along with scratching and/or dings on the sides and back casing. Screen may have small cracks/chips in the corner or side bezel that is less than 1" in length but does not affect functionality. The cracks/chips will not be on the display part of the screen.
