Please contact us if you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping. We would be happy to assist you.

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 30 days following receipt of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in.

Any item being returned MUST be removed from your iCloud account before a return can be processed.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to orders returned due to buyer's remorse.

Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement for packaging material or any additional cost incurred by the customer for packaging material required for the return of any item. If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent in, it is subject to being returned to the buyer or may not be eligible for a full refund.
